Delivery and Returns
Superdry.in follows a '30 day no questions' asked return policy.
Every return should contain the original packaging. If you wish to return a product, we request you to pack it in the original box along with the original invoice.
Damaged / Defective Product
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 30 Day Return Policy is applicable to all products sold on Superdry.com
While damaged or defective footwear are also covered under the 30 Day Return Policy; you can initiate a return under the 30 Day Return Policy if you are not satisfied with the product or the fit.
Product Specific Policies:
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them in.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers or labels
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
After inspection we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days after we receive the shipment.
Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment within 15-20 working days. For all orders made on cash on delivery, store credit will be issued as per your phone number. Should you require a refund in your bank account instead, you can email your order details & bank information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Store credit is an outstanding credit on a Customer account that can be applied to an Invoice as a Payment. You can use this store credit amount anytime while shopping in-store at any (offline) store across India
Store Credit will have a validity of one year from the date of issue, any unused store credit will expire at the end of this period. Should you need to transfer your store credit to your bank account, please write to email@example.com with your Order Id, bank account details and a copy of your cancelled cheque.
